Returns

Due to the nature of the products sold by SynthetiX UK, we do not accept returns under any circumstances once an order has been dispatched.

All sales are final. We are unable to accept returned products for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong product

  • No longer requiring the product

  • Dissatisfaction after delivery

Damaged or Lost Orders

We will replace products if:

  • The order is lost during shipping and confirmed as undelivered by the carrier.

  • The product arrives damaged during transit.

To request a replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost parcels) and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of any damaged items and packaging

  • Any other information requested to assist with the investigation

Once reviewed and approved, a replacement product will be sent at no additional cost.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate.

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders that are delayed, lost, or delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any products once an order has been placed and dispatched.

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • An order cannot be fulfilled by us; or

  • A replacement for a verified lost or damaged shipment is unavailable.

Any approved refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
