No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the products we sell, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
– All items are sold as described, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review product details carefully before purchasing.
– We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or dissatisfaction after delivery.
– In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement where appropriate.
– We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by postal or courier services once the item has been dispatched.
